MGM has served both as a prime and a subconsultant for major engineering firms on projects involving roadway and bridge designs, pedestrian bridges, wastewater and water utility line installations; utility line aerial crossings; storm water pumping stations; and sanitary sewer lift stations.

MGM has performed right-of-way and easement acquisition surveying and topographic surveying for municipal entities, and has established the location of existing right-of-ways for the construction of major roadway thoroughfares and water main transmission lines.

MGM has worked directly with school officials and architects in developing site plans, parking lots, buildings facilities, and private drives for various school and university campuses.  This includes school projects within the Houston, Alief, Corpus Christi, Eagle Pass, Flour Bluff, Portland, and Calallen Independent School Districts. The firm has also provided services on projects for the University of Houston (Central and Clear Lake campuses) and the University of Texas and Texas A&M University Systems.​​
