WHO ARE WE
Having been in practice since 1987, Martinez, Guy & Maybik, Inc. is a Texas established corporation with offices located in Houston, Corpus Christi, and most recently, San Antonio, Texas. Over its three decades of existence, MGM has distinguished itself as a multi-service, quality driven civil/structural engineering and land surveying consulting firm. With many years of experience to draw from, MGM’s professional personnel have a comprehensive knowledge and practice in the areas of municipal, drainage, roadway, bridge, storm sewer, wastewater, water, building, site development, and special structural designs as well as land surveying. This extensive experience allows MGM’s staff to quickly and confidently identify a project’s challenges, develop a plan to overcome those challenges and ultimately help its Clients realize their development goals of a project built on time, under budget and in jurisdictional compliance.
Since its inception, Martinez, Guy & Maybik, Inc. is proud to have served clients the likes of the Texas Department of Transportation, City of Houston, City of Corpus Christi, City of Robstown Utility Services, Landry’s Inc., AutoZone, National Tire & Battery and Ybarra Interests to name a few.
Meet the Team
With over 24 years of engineering design and project management experience, Mr. Martinez has provided project planning and scheduling, generated construction cost estimates, and prepared contract bidding documents for municipal and private projects involving the firm.
With 34 years of experience in the surveying and civil engineering field, Mr. Guy has developed the technical and managerial skills required to provide professional services on a wide variety of civil projects as well as land surveying assignments.
Mr. Maybik has over 31 years of experience in the industry with 24 years of design experience. Chief Designer for roadway, bridge, storm sewer, water, sanitary sewer, and building projects including wastewater treatment plants.
