MGM has project managed and engineered construction plans for residential developers by taking the lead from the initial subdivision platting phase all the way thru the planning, design, bidding, and construction phases.  These services have been performed on single family residential, recreational vehicle, and modular housing developments.

MGM has assisted corporate clients and individual entrepreneurs in the successful development of commercial sites involving free standing retail buildings and restaurants, shopping centers, office buildings,medical buildings, veterinary clinics and amusement park venues. In a similar manner, MGM has provided consulting services to many churches on projects ranging from adding a building or parking lot to its campus to the ground –up construction of a new place of worship.

MGM has, on behalf of its Clients, worked with City, County, and State officials having jurisdiction over a project’s permitting in navigating through governmental regulations and city ordinances for zoning changes; extension of off-site utility service lines; providing feasibility studies and platting services; and mitigating potential flood hazards.
