MGM has a Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) certified windstorm engineer and qualified inspectors to monitor and document the construction of new buildings and submit the necessary windstorm forms. Following our investigation (and the completion of any corrective work, if necessary), our office will file a WPI-3 for the post-construction work directly to the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) for their issuance of a WPI-8c windstorm certificate of compliance from TDI.

MGM has also performed investigation on post-constructed buildings and developed the backup data, as-built plans, and computations for the windstorm certification of said buildings.
